MyHealthHub Privacy Notice

Positive Solutions Limited respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice provides information on how Positive Solutions Limited (PSL) collects and processes your personal data when you visit the MyHealthHub app (the App).

It is important that you read this privacy notice. When you access the App PSL collects some basic data as a controller and our use of this data is set out this privacy notice.

PSL separately processes your data on behalf of the Pharmacy in respect of the pharmacy services you access via the App. That processing is undertaken by PSL acting on the instructions of the Pharmacy which is the data controller. That processing is governed by the Pharmacy's privacy notice. It is important that you also read the Pharmacy's privacy notice.

2. The data we collect about you and why we have it
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store transfer and anonymise different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

2.1 Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.

2.2 Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

2.3 Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

2.4 Profile Data includes your username and password, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

2.5 Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

2.6 Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

3 How we collect your personal data
We collect identity data and contact data when you set up your account in the App and when you contact us about the App to report issues or ask for support.
We collect technical data, profile data and usage data automatically when you use the App. This is data about your equipment, usage actions and patterns of usage. We may receive technical data if you visit other websites using links within the App.
We collect marketing and communications data when you select your marketing and communications preferences within the App.
We may anonymise your technical data, profile data and usage data in relation to your usage of the App.

You are asked in the App if you consent to receiving marketing communications from us. You will only receive marketing communications from us if you have opted in to receiving marketing information from us.

Third-party marketing
We will only share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes with your express opt-in consent.

You can ask us or third parties we have shared your personal data with to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us at any time on DP@positive-solutions.co.uk.

6. How we share your personal data
We may share your personal data with external third parties who act as processors providing IT and system administration services to PSL. We may also share your personal data with third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

If we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
