Returns Policy

Positive Solutions accept returns of hardware that may be found to be defective in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (5. Supply of Hardware).

‘The Customer shall inspect the Hardware immediately upon delivery and shall accept delivery by signing a delivery note or other written confirmation of safe receipt. The Customer shall notify PSL in writing of any damage, shortage or other defects within 24 hours of delivery and shall provide photographic evidence of any such damage, shortage or defects and such other information as PSL may reasonably require. PSL shall have no liability for any damage, shortage or other defects if the Customer fails to notify PSL of such damage, shortage or other defects as provided in this clause. If PSL agrees there is any defect, damage or shortage in the Hardware, PSL shall, at its option and subject to clause 16, repair or replace the defective Hardware. PSL shall have no other liability in relation to defective Hardware. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier shall have no liability under this clause or the Contract generally in respect of any defect, damage or shortage resulting from any modification to the same by the Customer or any of the Customer’s Representatives.’

If an item has been agreed to be defective by one of our Engineers or Service Desk we request for your co-operation in the prompt dispatch of any defective item back to our head office.

When goods to be returned are ready for collection please use the email address logistics@positive-solutions.co.uk to arrange collection.

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Pharmacy Name
  2. Pharmacy Address
  3. Your opening times
  4. Number of boxes to be collected
  5. Point of contact name for the courier

Important: Failure to return the defective item within 7 days of fault found could result in you being charged for the item as well as any costs incurred.
