Marketing Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded marketer to step into a more strategic and autonomous role within a growing organisation. The Marketing Executive will not only support but also lead on key marketing initiatives, taking ownership of campaigns, channels, performance and the logistics of key events. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving campaign performance, improving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Delivery
    • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
    • Take ownership of specific campaign elements (e.g. emails, webinars, content)
    • Assist in developing campaign messaging and positioning
    • Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Digital & Content
    • Manage and update website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging and optimised
    • Manage the social media content plan & execution
    • Support & execute email marketing activity
    • Create content including blogs, case studies & videos
    • Ensure consistency of messaging across channels
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support
    • Support lead generation activity across campaigns
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover
    • Assist in improving customer journeys and engagement
  • Data & Performance
    • Track and report on key marketing metrics
    • Support analysis of campaign performance
    • Create the weekly market insights report
  • Brand & Marketing Support
    • Act as a brand ambassador ensuring consistency across all communications
    • Contribute ideas to support marketing strategy and innovation
  • Events & Coordination
    • Support the delivery of events, webinars and trade shows
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers where required
  • Budget & Operations
    • Support budget tracking and ensure activities are delivered efficiently

THE PERSON

  • Essential
    • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of marketing’s impact on revenue
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
    • Customer first attitude.
    • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Creative thinker with the confidence to challenge and innovate
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Desirable
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing or healthcare role (preferably both)
    • Experience with CMS solutions (Word Press and/or HubSpot).
    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular, InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop)
    • Experience working with merchandise suppliers
    • Experience filming, video editing & creating AI voiceovers
