It's a bittersweet moment for everyone at Positive Solutions as we say goodbye to someone who has been such an important part of our journey over the past 11 years.
During his time as Managing Director, he's helped guide Positive Solutions through years of growth, change and new opportunities, always with the same dedication, enthusiasm and, of course, a smile on his face.
And while there is plenty to celebrate when we look back at what the business has achieved, it's the people, the friendships and the memories made along the way that make this moment so special.
11 Years of Making a Difference
A lot can happen in 11 years, especially in an industry as fast-moving and ever-changing as community pharmacy!
Throughout that time, Positive Solutions has continued to grow, innovate and adapt, helping pharmacy teams navigate new challenges and embrace the opportunities that technology brings.
From strengthening our relationships with customers and partners to supporting the development of new solutions, Charlie has played an important role in helping shape the business we are today.
But beyond the milestones and achievements, it's his commitment to the people around him that we want to recognise.
Through the busy days, the challenges, the successes and everything in between, he's approached it all with positivity, good humour and a smile on his face.
That's something we'll certainly remember.

Over the years, he's been much more than the person leading the business.
He's been a familiar face, a source of guidance and encouragement, and someone who has genuinely cared about the people and the future of Positive Solutions.
It's that personal touch, alongside his dedication to the business, that has made such a difference.
The relationships built, the conversations shared and the laughs along the way are just as much a part of his legacy as the business achievements.
