This partnership marks a significant shift for Superdrug, who had been with their previous supplier for over 22 years.
Superdrug’s decision to choose Positive Solutions comes as part of their commitment to enhancing the efficiency and service quality of their pharmacy operations. The rollout was completed across the main estate between July and November last year, with their digital hub added in January—all successfully completed exactly as planned. The move is already delivering substantial improvements across their 183 pharmacy stores. Notably, the new system is expected to save up to 45 hours each week for each store by streamlining processes and enhancing workflow.
At the heart of the solution is Analyst PMR, but Superdrug has chosen to invest in the full technology suite, including mobile scanning apps and the innovative Hx ecosystem. These technologies enable the reorganisation of dispensing workflows, freeing pharmacists to focus more on patient care and automating previously manual and laborious tasks. Cloud-based Hx technology adds another dimension around anytime-anywhere services delivery, live productivity and reporting on daily operations.
